You will be the content engine that powers Vivid Resume’s organic growth. This is a full-time, focused role — no juggling other clients. You will own our weekly content output across blog, social, and community using a Claude Code + git workflow that requires zero coding experience.
You will be the sole owner of the codebase — backend, frontend, infrastructure, and Chrome extension. You work directly with the founder on prioritization, ship features that reach real users, and unblock every other team member who depends on the product working.
You will be the human face of Vivid Resume. This is a combined support and community role — you handle all inbound user tickets and own our presence across Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn communities. The tone is the same in both channels: genuinely helpful, never promotional, never scripted-feeling.
You will own both content production and SEO strategy. This is a combined role because the two are inseparable at our stage — keyword strategy without content output is just a spreadsheet, and content without SEO direction is wasted effort. You will work alongside the VA (who handles social and community) and report directly to the founder.
This is a combined Customer Success and B2B Sales role. You will proactively manage the health of our existing user base — fighting churn, collecting testimonials, and identifying expansion opportunities — while also pursuing and closing B2B partnerships. Both are relationship-driven and require the same core skill: making people feel genuinely cared for.
You will own the product roadmap end to end — collecting user feedback, writing specs, prioritizing dev work, and ensuring what ships actually solves real problems. You do not write code, but you need enough technical understanding to write clear specs and have credible conversations with the engineering team.
You will own all of Vivid Resume’s marketing strategy and manage the existing team: VA/Marketing Ops, Content & SEO Lead, and Support & Community Manager. The founder built the early playbook — your job is to scale it, improve it, and stop the founder from being the marketing decision-maker.
You will own the operational and financial backbone of the company — ensuring everyone gets paid accurately and on time, contracts are in order, vendors are managed, and the founder has clear financial visibility. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that keeps the machine running.
You will develop the content guidelines that power every resume Vivid generates — industry-specific terminology databases, before/after resume examples, and achievement frameworks that turn vague bullet points into interview-winning statements. You’ve probably wrestled with your own resume and know firsthand how frustrating the process is — that experience matters here.
You will build and nurture job seeker communities where Vivid Resume becomes a trusted name — not through promotion, but through genuinely useful career advice. If you’ve spent time in r/resumes or career Discord servers helping strangers improve their resumes, this role was made for you.
You will analyze which resume strategies actually lead to interviews — tracking outcomes across industries, seniority levels, and job markets to build the data layer that makes our AI smarter over time. If you meticulously tracked your own job search in a spreadsheet, you already think like we do.
You will conduct user interviews with job seekers to understand their resume pain points, application habits, and emotional journey through the job search. Your own job search experience is your most valuable qualification for this role — you will use your firsthand understanding of the frustration to ask better questions and spot insights that someone who has never struggled with a resume would miss.
